Edward gets his painting ideas from people. Conversation is the fuel for paintings. Edward paints what he feels and he says that is the excitement when he paints because nothing is premeditated, it’s spontaneous emotion. He can not imagine painting any other way. He truly feels that expressionism is feeling from within so he thanks everyone he has had a conversation with.
